Di is passionate about building the financial resilience of all New Zealanders. As the Chief Customer Officer she is dedicated to understanding customers needs and helping them to get on the financial front foot.
Di spearheads the creation of tools, products and support that allows people to unlock their potential.
Mihaela delivers projects, systems and process improvements driven by Booster’s overall goals and business requirements.

Nic leads our portfolio management team. His team ensures that client investments are managed with the care and discipline needed to deliver consistent results over the longer term.

Andrew has an extensive experience in finance, risk and corporate governance across Asia-Pacific. His focus is to ensure Booster meets all regulatory obligations and continues to keep good customer outcomes at the forefront of everything we do.

As Principal, Gary’s key focus is on project implementation. He is also Booster’s company secretary. Originally an auditor with PwC, Gary moved into operational risk management and project management with AMP before joining Booster in 2005.
“We’re a small company but our focus is on creating products and services that deliver what customers need, ensuring loyalty and success over the longer term.”
Natasha is responsible for ensuring Booster meets its financial obligations and those of its clients, shareholders and external stakeholders. Natasha also focuses on delivering a great customer experience across all of Booster's platforms. Natasha oversees Booster’s administration, operations, human resources and finance functions.
Prior to joining Booster, Natasha spent 12 years as an auditor at Grant Thornton, both in New Zealand and in the UK.
Sean has a background in product development, relationship management and delivery across a number of industries. Sean is focused on supporting the business in building new propositions and partnerships to better support our members.

Alison ensures we deliver a fantastic customer experience across all Booster's platforms. She coordinates teams across Booster to deliver strategy and key outcomes.
“We genuinely care about our clients as individuals. We'll go out of our way to assist and educate, and that's something that drives me to deliver the best experience possible.”
Allan established Booster in 1998 to give New Zealanders a financial services company that made a meaningful difference to the way they live and work.
“I want Booster to become the most trusted financial partner for New Zealanders. We’ll achieve that with innovative products and services, education and leadership.”
Paul is Chair of Booster and a director of Booster Investment Management Limited.
Paul’s background is as a commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising across varied sectors – he is a Chartered Fellow of the NZ Institute of Directors and a past Director and Chair of NZX and ASX listed companies.
