PLPF Investment Story

Invest in New Zealand through our specialised portfolio of property and land investments.

The PLPF Investment Story

We saw an opportunity for New Zealanders to invest in the very land that is the backbone of our country.

The benefits of investing in land were obvious to us. But the way to help people benefit from investing in land wasn't as clear. That's why we created our Private Land and Property Fund (PLPF). It's a specialised portfolio of unlisted New Zealand agricultural and horticultural land and other property investments.
