Check your balance

When you log in to your online member account, you can:

  • view all contributions Booster's received from:
    • you
    • your employer
    • the government
  • see which fund(s) your money is invested into
  • see the value of units you hold
  • find out what fees and taxes you are charged
  • view your overall account balance
  • view the member tax credits you're likely to get based on your current balance
  • view your retirement date.

Look at your transaction history to easily keep track of all your contributions, as long as Inland Revenue has passed them on to us.

Why doesn't my online balance match my contributions?

In some cases, there may be a delay between contributions being received by Inland Revenue and then passed on to Booster. This might be because of:

  • how long it takes to process your contributions
  • delays in receiving any contributions from your employer.

Because the value of your investment will always be changing, your account balance may not reflect the total of your contributions.
