There are different boards of directors for the related Booster companies.
The Booster Assurance Limited Board (BAML) is responsible for Booster's insurance activities.
John brings a wealth of experience from his 37-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 25 years as a partner in advisory and assurance.
John has experience across a range of industries, including financial services.
In recent years John has taken on governance roles across various industries. These include chairing the Board of Directors of Booster Assurance Limited since 2012 and Booster Investment Management Limited since May 2016.
Bruce joined the Booster Assurance Limited Board in August 2016 and the Booster Investment Management Limited Board in October 2016.
He has close to 30 years’ direct experience across a range of roles in the funds management industry. His experience includes companies such as Southpac / National Bank, Trustee Executors, BNZ Investment Management, State Street Global Advisors and Blackrock.
Bruce’s wide-ranging experience includes business development, client services and relationship management roles.
Milton joined the Booster Assurance Board in May 2017. Before this, he was a director of the parent company, Booster Financial Services Limited.
Milton joined Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited (Fidelity Life) in 1986 and held a range of senior roles. Most notably, he was chief executive officer for 14 years during a period of significant company growth.
Milton brings significant industry-specific knowledge and expertise. He provides consulting advice as well as holding several governance roles within the insurance industry.
Paul is a senior corporate / commercial lawyer based in Wellington, where he is a partner in Minter Ellison Rudd Watts.
He has over 25 years’ experience working with companies in the financial services, manufacturing and energy fields. He is a past director of NZX- and ASX-listed companies and a Chartered Fellow of the NZ Institute of Directors.
Paul has been involved with Booster since the start in 1998.
Allan originally formed the Grosvenor Financial Services Group – now called Booster Financial Services – back in 1998.
Before then, he held senior banking roles with Barclays Bank PLC in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
